Handles the day to day General Administration activities. The Asset is the vast Middle East / Indian experience in various industrial fields in Supervisory / Administration level. The main task is to Co-ordinate and Supervise between various supporting operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems. Responsible for general Contribution to team effort by accomplishing result oriented targets as needed.
Heads the Human Resources Team. Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Supervises the team in searching and providing suitable candidates as per needs of various clients’ requirements. Has enough experience, expertise and skills for the challenging post. Alert and active Team Leader with enough energy to pull the team together. She is efficient in maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Keeps and updates organization staff by establishing recruiting, testing, and interviewing programs; counsels the team on candidate selection; conducts and analyses interviews; recommends changes, innovations etc. wherever needed.
Our most senior Team member. Looks after the co-ordination and travel arrangements of selected candidates. The long years experience in the travel field is the main plus point. Very diligent and sincere to the work. Provides support internally to members of the core-team andundertakes the responsibility of managing travel schedule, group bookings, dealing with queries and communicating requests to both candidates and clients to ensure that every aspect of the clients demand is tailored perfectly to their requirements. Very well manages the tough task of handling candidates of various categories from the selection stage to the final point of their date of travel.
Heads the Finance / Accounts Dept. Manages the accounts team. Good years of experience in Managing Finance and Accounts. Looks after all financial related matters. Provides support to Management, Operations group, through information analyses. Co-ordinates in preparation of operational data/analyses for various constituents throughout company (Management, HR, Ticketing, Visa processing, Operations, etc.) who rely on/benefit from the information to make informed business decisions. Primary responsibilities will include assisting Operations team in the Monthly Operations Review, identification of areas for cost reductions and operational improvements, annual budget process, periodic forecasting, and periodic analysis of operations performance.
Important Team Executive in the HR Team. Responsible to ensure that the Human Resources Department requirements for administrative support are undertaken efficiently and professionally. Main assignment includes searching and short listing human talent in various fields. Job responsibilities include to understand the business implications of the HR area she is responsible for and to be able to discuss business objectives with other executives. Has excellent capability in Scrutinizing and selecting the most suitable candidates from a vast lot. Very diligent, sincere and very particular in fulfilling the target. Serves as the main link between job seekers, Gulf job providers and the HR Manager.
Manages logistics personnel and logistics systems and direct daily operations. A Co-ordinator and all rounder arranger with all departments. He Create policies or procedures for logistics activities. Plan or implement material flow management systems to meet the establishment requirements. Main task is Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports-exports, and customerissues/ foreign client issues. Meticulous, sharp minded qualities serve the purpose of much needed co-ordination with all departments in keeping up the deadline in day to day tasks.
Heads the visa process section. Has very well acquaintance with various Middle Eastern Countries Embassies and Consulates. Supervises the Submission of Passports and visa applications at the Consular offices. Has got long years experience with ACS Team and is a well versed PRO now; in dealing with foreign consular officials. Main task includes supervision and scrutiny of Passports and related travel documents of candidates, Co-ordinate with visa applications submissions and proper deliveries after visa process in time.
Handles the Visa applications and related issues. Responsible for the examining the passports and travel documents of the candidates prior to the submission process at various Consulates. Leads the visa team throughout the process starting from the Medical, Online Health certificates, visa stamping and final checking. Got the skill and expertise for the assigned task.
Very sincere hard working member in the Admin Team. Main tasks include communicating with various Clients and candidates about various visa process, certificate / document attestation matters. Sharp and to the point minded and got excellent skills in dealing with tough candidates and complex enquiries. Particular in completing the assigned targets in time. Has got exceptional communication skills and is also responsible for maintaining accurate and update data of various candidates’ visa process and related matters.
Handles the Receipt / Dispatch section and team. Tasks include the supervision of all incoming and outgoing documents, couriers including passports. Also leads the reception team, in handling the various candidates and job seekers. Smart and Diligent, always up-to-date in data / documents keeping. Got the expertise to deal with tough candidates, complex situations and handle busy hectic situations. Also, very well co-ordinates with the Management in the day to day administration.
