Assist Manager- Finance & Treasury Job Profile Job Title: Assistant Manager – Finance and Treasury Line of Report: Group Financial Controller Functional Responsibilities: The new incumbent is required to actively liaise with bank, management relationship with banks, manage funds, evaluate financial risks, seize arbitrage opportunities, manage cost of funds and organize funding needs of the business. Current Subsidiaries: KSA, Egypt and UAE (total of 2,200 employees) Location: Riyadh, KSA Gender: Male Professional Experience: 5+ years as an active member of finance team handling banking function including treasury Annual Remuneration: Base + Bonus (US$ 45K + 3 months bonus) Educational background: Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant or MBA Finance Core Strengths: Dealing with banks and financial institutions Knowledge of credit structures Must have attributes: Leadership skills and team player Effective communication and presentation skills Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines Ability to initiate discussions with banks seeking credit limits Exposure to banks, credit documents and commercial terms of borrowing Exposure to risk assessment, commodity trading, hedging structures and equivocation of such risks Advance spread sheet skills Nice to have attributes: Arabic speaking Self Confident and motivated Exposure to Saudi market Knowledge of treasury products Expected Undertakings: Maintain, improve and consolidate working relationship with existing banks and financial institutions Develop relationship with new banks and financial institutions Assessment of fund requirements of the business, sourcing of funds and cost effective application of funds Coordination with banks for additional credit lines as well as renewal of credit facilities Assessment of risk associated with gold and precious commodities being used in business and equivocation of such risks Seize arbitrage opportunity related to gold trading Provide price guidance for scrap refining Develop gold and cash-flow models and forecasts Responsible for all administrative aspects of existing credit facilities |
