Job Description Start the reception process at least five minutes before your normal working hours.

Perform interactive reception process with the customer to identify customer needs.

Identify needs courteously, accurately recording and verifying service write-up on Repair Order with the customer.

Secure customer approval (including cost estimate, vehicle delivery time and method of payment, warranty) before repair work is started and obtain customer signature on the Repair Order.

Progress jobs during the day.

Keep customers informed of progress.

Input and maintain good customer records

Handle telephone inquiries quickly and courteously.

Call customers regarding additional work that needs to be performed and rescheduled the delivery time.

Implement customers scheduled maintenance follow-up process.

Reach a solution satisfactory to the customer and supporting the interest of the dealership.

Work in progress monitored and kept to a minimum

Explain repair costs to customer

Ensure vehicle handed over to customer in a fit and proper condition
Experience 2 to 10 years
Education Diploma
Remuneration as per industry standard
