Head Of Business Process Mapping - Job Profile Job Title: Head Of Business Process Mapping, KSA Reason for Recruitment: New Position Line of Report: Chief Financial Officer Functional Responsibilities: Leading team for 18-24 month business process mapping exercise for manufacturing business with ability to grow into Group Internal Auditor role Current Subsidiaries: KSA, Egypt and UAE (total of 2,200 employees) Location: Riyadh, KSA Gender: Male Professional Experience: 7+ years and preferably 3 years of relevant experience in a big 4 accounting firm Remuneration: Base + Bonus (US$ 120K + 3 months bonus). Core Strengths: Cost accounting or Chartered Accountancy Sales, IT, Accounting, and Production Must have attributes: Project management skills Excellent communication skills Prior experience with business processes mapping in manufacturing industry Experience with ERP implementation Strong understanding of internal controls Nice to have attributes: Arabic speaking Self Confident Exposure to SOX & COBIT Expected Undertakings: Coordinate and lead team of managers from finance, IT, Sales, and Production over a three phase project Document existing business practices in phase I of project Plan and identify areas for improvement in phase II of project Implement plan based on findings from phase I and II of project Forecasting & maintaining broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology and initiate acquisitions and implementation. Liaise with IT Service providers and ERP consultants Train, supervise and motivate staff for organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments. Manage Projects and communicate regularly with Management regarding their status and obtain Executive guidance. |
